7th Saga - Part 5
I am glad I didn't swap out Esuna for Kamil (tried and he kept trying to fight me) cause now you can't use the runes as buff items/healing! Losing the runes put a dent in my strategy but luckily Esuna has the buffs I needed (power, defense).
I reached the final dungeon and the enemies there literally oneshot me despite having the best equipment available....I'm level 40 but gameFAQs said to get to level 50. So I guess I'm sitting down and grinding a fuck ton next session. When I get to level 50 I'll attempt Gorsia, which is probably much easier than the random encounters considering you can decrease his stats with the runes.
I wish the runes still worked as items after getting them back....I don't like backtracking to the airship to buy items. And I could save up on a bunch of MP by using the runes as buffs.
